    Use this tool to create and send trouble tickets to IBS detailing your engineering needs. This is a quick and efficient way to track the progress of work performed and projects at your station.
  • IBS Online Billing (New for 2009)
    Use this to check and pay your bills online. This a valuable tool allowing you to track the number of hours worked by IBS every month. If you do not have a login, please email help@fixmystation.com  to get your login information.
  • Remote Computer Support
    Technical support is available from 9:00 am - 4:30 pm, central standard time, Monday - Friday, except for holidays. Before you initiate "Remote Support", please check Frequently Asked Questions to see if your question has already been answered there. If your question or problem does not require immediate attention, you can also send an email to support@PlusSine.com, and you will be answered timely. If you need immediate attention, you can initiate a "Remote Support" session. Please call 662.324.2769 before launching "Remote Support", so that a qualified support tech will be available to help you. Then Click On "Remote Support" and complete the following steps: 1. When asked to "Run" or "Save", select "Run". 2. Then the support tech will tell you which of the Support Desks to select. 3. Your computer desktop will become visible to the support tech, and the support tech will be able to control your mouse and keyboard.
